De villa ligt op een heuvel met prachtig uitzicht vanuit het zwembad en de balkons. De appartementen zijn sfeervol en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ideale vakantieplek om tot rust te komen, maar ook voor gezinnen met kinderen is er van alles te beleven. Doordat er nog maar weinig buitenlandse toeristen naar deze streek komen kun je hier het echte Italiaanse leven ervaren. In de zomerperiode is er in de avonden in de omliggende stadjes van alles te beleven.  We hebben genoten van de vele restaurantjes waar je tussen de Italianen geniet van de lokale specialiteiten (en tegen de aantrekkelijke lokale tarieven). Bauke en Melanie denken graag mee en hebben tal van suggesties voor uitstapjes en zijn zeer behulpzaam bij vragen of als er een restaurant gereserveerd moet worden. Situated on top of a hill with a beautiful view over medieval towns and hills, there is something for everyone in the environment - basically everything is within an hours' driving distance.\n\nBeach beds on the beautiful beaches on the Adriatic coast can be booked through Villa Ferranti which is highly recommended. Ze hebben een hart van goud.\nAan het grote zwembad is er een adembenemend uitzicht. In de omgeving zijn er leuke stadjes en restaurants.\nDe pasta avond is een aanrader.\nAan het strand hebben we heerlijke visgerechten gegeten.\nZeker een aanrader voor families met kinderen. Bauke, Melanie en Julius zijn warme mensen en hebben ons hartelijk ontvangen. Alles in en rond de villa was perfect in orde. Ons appartement was fijn en praktisch, mede dankzij de ruime keuken. Vanuit de villa hebben we leuke uitstapjes gemaakt naar prachtige dorpjes, het strand en het hooggebergte. De ontvangst was zeer gastvrij en alle verzoeken werden op een zeer vriendelijke manier ingelost. Wij hadden met z'n twee\u00ebn een vier-persoons appartement en dus groot zat. We kregen diverse zeer nuttige tips voor uitjes, restaurants, supermarkten etc. van Bauke en Melanie. De pasta maaltijd en de barbecue waren zeer lekker en gezellig. Het was eind juni ongewoon warm en daarom was het prima zwembad heerlijk om wat te zonnen maar vooral af te koelen. De appartementen zijn mooi \u00e9n functioneel, het zwembad groot en de ligging is prachtig. We hebben een heel gezellige pasta-avond gehad in de boomgaard samen met de gasten van de andere appartementen, verzorgd door de lieve gastvrouw Melanie. Onze dochter mocht haar zelfs helpen in de keuken. Vanuit Montefino zijn tal van leuke dingen te doen. Gastheer Bauke helpt graag met goede en praktische tips.
