Apartments and prices
The villa has 4 stylishly furnished apartments. Each apartment has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom and spacious terrace. You can count on a luxurious accommodation with a dishwasher, air conditioner, private terrace and box springs. The apartments were renovated in the spring of 2022.
The 4 apartments can be arranged flexibly. For example, if you are with 2 families or with grandparents, we can connect 2 apartments so that it becomes a family apartment.
The final cleaning is mandatory. The costs are € 40 per apartment.
Prices include water and electricity and bedsheets and linen.
General information
Towels and linen are provided in the rooms. Once a week you will receive a clean set of towels. We change the bed linen once a week.
You can rent beach towels from us for a visit to the beach. These can be rented for € 7.50 per week.
In high season and school holidays we rent our apartments for a minimum of 7 nights and from Saturday to Saturday. In the low and mid season we use a minimum of 3 nights.
The prices of the apartments depend on the season.
The high season is in the months of July and August and the school holidays. April, May, June, September and October is the mid season. And the low season is from November to March.
All rooms are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
