About Villa Ferranti
Located in the rolling hills of Abruzzo, Villa Ferranti offers fantastic 360 degree views all around. On one side is the Adriatic Sea and on the other the mountain range of the Apennines. The villa has 2 hectares of land and mainly olive trees that are many hundreds of years old. Around the house you will find a lot of plants and flowers, giving the garden not only a Mediterranean appearance, but even a bit of a tropical look.
Apartements and prices
The villa has 4 stylishly furnished apartments. Each apartment has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom and spacious terrace. You can count on luxurious accommodation with a dishwasher, air conditioner, private terrace and box spring beds. The apartments were renovated in the spring of 2022.
Facilities
If you arrive late in the evening at the beginning of your holiday, we will prepare a delicious breakfast for you in the morning.
Enjoy the large swimming pool in the Italian garden of our villa.
You can also get drinks from the bar next to the terrace, where you note the drinks on a list.
Around the house you will find several lounge areas with comfortable chairs or hammocks.
Your car will always stay out of the hot sun in our shady parking lot.
In high season we organize pizza and pasta evenings twice a week.
Because we understand that it is nice to have fresh bread in the morning, the baker comes by.
Information about outings, restaurants and beautiful places is ready for you. But we prefer to give you tailor-made advice.
